The  AJC collects personal information directly from you, by means such as manuscripts, email, phone or in documents such as the online form.

Using your personal information:

The AJC uses your personal information to administer and manage the services that are provided to you, including correspondence such as feedback from your enquiry. Author details that accompany manuscripts will be published. Reviewers will be recognized by having their name and institutional details published in the last issues per calendar year. Reviewers can request to be excluded from automatic publishing of their name and institutional details. The AJC may also use your details for future correspondence with you unless specified by you.

Website Information:

The AJC website hosts gather usage statistics from the journals website, which is analysed for reporting purposes. There is no personally identifiable data collected and all site visitors remain anonymous.

Disclosing your personal information:

All data collected through the AJC website is used only for correspondence with you.  Unless involved with submitting a manuscript, all data collected is subject to privacy and confidentiality protections. If you do not wish for the AJC  to store your personal information, please email us with your name and your information will be deleted.
